    Scan time within area is approximately 1 hour per 1,000 square feet.
  • Condominium
  • <1,700 square feet = $200
    Scan time within area is approximately 1-1.5 hours.
  • >1,700 square feet = $0.12 x total square feet
  • Commercial
  • $0.10 x total square feet
  • Additional Information
  • * Pricing based off square footage “under air”. Outdoor lanai areas are included at no additional cost!.
  • * Request special rate if property exceeds 4,000 square feet.
  • * Photos for the MLS can be downloaded from any views in the 3D Showcase at no additional cost!
