Turquoise Policies:

Turquoise Place beginning May 1, 2020, has implemented a $40 parking fee per vehicle, per stay (2 car limit paid with reservation), otherwise, you will need to pay the overflow prices which will be paid upon arrival.

NO Rentals under the age of 25 years. The person making the reservation must stay on property the duration of the reservation. Identification will be checked at the front desk.

NO buses, RV’s, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. This includes all the overflow lots. Parking is limited.

After 2 parking spaces, you must pay $25 per night in designated spaces given by Turquoise Place

Noise and Damages – There is a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints or damages on property. Quiet time is 10:00 pm. Security will be notified of any complaints and handled appropriately.
