I fell immediately in love with the character and charm of Scenic 30A during our first trip to the Emerald Coast in 2004. Driving through Rosemary Beach we realized 30A was where we wanted to raise our family. My wife and I put our home up for sale in Colorado, I left my corporate job in Strategic Software Sales and we moved to the beach in 2004. Since that first trip we now call 30A our home. We live the beach everyday, whether it is cycling along 30A watching the sunrise over Camp Creek Lake near WaterSound, or stand up paddle boarding in Western Lake by WaterColor, or enjoying the farmers market in Seaside. We are actively in involved in our community to make it a better place for both visitors and full time residents. I am proud to organize one of the areas largest charity running events in beautiful Rosemary Beach that benefits local non-profits. The Emerald Coast is truly amazing and we are honored to call it our home and be a part our clients dream to own and invest in such an amazing piece of paradise.

Prior to traveling to Florida, we had been communicating with Craig about what type of home and neighborhood we were looking for. When we met with Craig he was prepared with a list of about 20 houses that met our desires and, yet, were not all the same in terms of the style of the house and the character of the area. That day we spent over 7 hours together (we were only able to be in Florida for a limited number of days) and were able to narrow our choices down to two houses. Craig met with use the next day, looked at the two houses with us, and, once we made a decision wrote up an offer on the house. Thanks to Craig, we were able to have a signed contract to purchase the house before we had to leave for home.
