Located just east of Foley, AL in the Miflin Creek area, Swift Presbyterian Church (USA) was built in the early 1900s. The old church is now a historical landmark.
Swift Church has a congregation of 232 members. From the large groups of young adults to retirees, God has kept the historical family atmosphere and blended it with a fresh breath of life. The only thing that takes precedence over the warm, loving relationships at Swift is the willingness to serve God and His will.

Swift Presbyterian Church typically meets at the following times:
- Sunday Worship: 8 am (Historic Chapel) and 10 am (New Sanctuary)
- Sunday Fellowship: 11:15 am in Historic Chapel Fellowship Hall
- Sunday School for All Ages – 9:00 am at various locations at the facility
