Located in the Sunsail community and just 4 blocks to the beach. We supply the beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas & towels… You supply the sunblock and laughter. It’s a recipe for the perfect vacation in this bright and open 3 bedroom home. Our property manager is local and is never more than a phone call away. They will check in on you and can answer any questions, give restaurant recommendation, point you in the right direction for the shopping outing, Etc.

If you do encounter a summer shower, how about a movie on the overstuffed sectional and wide screen TV or a BBQ on the covered patio. There is an extra bottle of gas in case one goes empty in the middle of dinner.

Prepare a meal in the gourmet eat in kitchen equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops and a big breakfast bar. If your guests overflow the kitchen head over to the dining area just off the kitchen w/ additional seating space.

The back patio is an entertainer’s dream! Serve your guests drinks easily w/ the outdoor wet bar. Relax on the couch while other’s play corn hole. It’s never too hot to sit outside with two 60 inch outdoor fans in the14 foot cathedral ceilings.

Two bedrooms are located on the front side of the home, with the primary bedroom in the back. The master bedroom has a king bed with silver chill mattress to keep you cool on those hot summer days. The walk in closet leaves no shortage of space for your belongings.

The primary bathroom has a spa-like two person walk in shower with travertine tile and frameless glass doors as well as a vanity w/ double sinks & granite counters.

The bunkroom features two full sized mattresses & two twin memory foam beds. A second full bathroom is just across the hallway and features travertile tile surround w/ a shower/tub combo.

The queen bedroom is spacious and features a flat screen TV.

You have full access to the community pool as well!
