     We made our new 30A home available  – and is perfect for families to enjoy!  The kitchen is a cook’s heaven with all new, top-of-the-line appliances. You will have everything you need from a wonderful line of cookware, including Gotham Steel Pots and Pans, to all other essentials needed for your stay. The open living and dining areas have 10 foot ceilings and plenty of windows to offer a bright and spacious feel. We offer a large dining table where families can enjoy their meals together and share the day’s experiences and memories. You can sit and relax after a long day at the beach or at the beautiful resort style pool just 60 yards from our home in our bright and comfortable living room. Watch shows, movies or sports on our 55 inch TV or enjoy time playing games from the wide assortment of games and cards we have provided.

Conveniently located just inside the door leading from the garage are the half bath and the full-sized laundry room with state-of-the-art washer and dryer for your use. We also provide you with an assortment of beach towels as well.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and large private bath. The second guest room features a queen size bed, while the third guest room features a full over full bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with top of the line mattresses and My Pillows for your sleeping comfort.  Each bedroom features its own TV with the complete assortment of channels available.

Love at the Beach has easy access to the beach either by the Golf Cart, Bicycles that we provide at no extra cost or via the free shuttle provided from the pool area to the nearby 30A access points.

You will enjoy the finest beaches on 30A surrounded by scenic dunes and breathtaking beauty of Deer Lake Park Beach which is just minutes away. Prominence also offers a beautiful and spacious 5,000 square foot pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees with cabanas as well as covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills, tables and seating along with a fitness center for your use right by the pool.

Across from the home is The HUB (I encourage you to visit www.hub30a.com for more info). The HUB is a great venue for everyone of all ages and is extremely kid friendly. The food at the eateries is amazing and there is something for everyone. Local bands play weekly and movies for kids and adults are shown during the week at the band shell with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful spacious AstroTurf surrounding the area for the kids to play. Love at the Beach’s location is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and Destin.

Also, the visit the beautiful shops and restaurants at 30Avenue right on 98, just minutes from the house. Relax with leisure shopping and enjoyable eating establishments for everyone.

We provide you beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra charge as well as a six seat Golf Cart, beach toys and bicycles also at no additional cost to our guests.

This house has been a long time dream for us for many years! Having now come true for us, we are delighted to share this treasure with others so that you may also be blessed.

We bought our home in November, 2017 because the area was both beautiful and relaxing for family vacations and getaways,  where we can build memories.   Our hope is that you and yours can build memories for you as well.

We chose this area for one reason:   Location, Location, Location! It is situated between Seaside and Alys and not far from Destin and Rosemary Beach and a quick walk to the HUB which is very family friendly where we can always find something to do. There is free shuttle service to the beach daily between 9am and 3pm.

Our home is also a short drive to Pier Park Shopping Mall and sports center and other activities for the family.
