Located in one of the most sought after communities, Destiny East, within walking distance to the beach. This 4 bedroom home features a bright open plan. When you arrive you will be greeted by our local property manager that can answer any questions you may have, and welcome you to your private oasis.
The living room offers an oversized sectional with 55 inch TV and overlooks the backyard. Share a meal in the spacious dining room that’s bright and airy.
Prepare a meal in the gourmet eat in kitchen equipped with Frigidaire stainless appliances, quartz countertops, an oversized breakfast bar, and an eat in kitchen space. Watch your favorite show in the family room just off of the kitchen so you don’t miss any of the action.
Two bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and the other two on the left. The primary bedroom has a king bed with silver chill mattress to keep you cool on those hot summer days. There is ease of access to the back porch off of the bedroom with double doors.
The primary bathroom was just renovated. It features a 70 inch soaker tub, oversized vanity w/ dual sinks, walk in marble tiled shower and spacious closet.
The second bedroom would be great for kids or young adults with two sets of bunk beds featuring a full sized mattress & three twin memory foam beds. A second full bathroom is just across the hallway and has a tiled walk in shower with ease of access to the backyard.
The other two bedrooms each have queen sized mattresses and beachy decor. The shared full bathroom is brand new with tub/shower combo and tiled surround, vanity with dual sinks and quartz counters.
Wash the sand away in the laundry room just off the 2 car attached garage. The back porch is covered and has ample seating as well as a gas grill for grilling out.
Included in your stay is full use of the Destiny East amenities which includes two luxurious pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a full size workout facility and playground. The beach is only two streets away!
Discover all that Destin has to offer, including boat rentals, water sports, deep sea fishing charters, sunset cruises, and top rated attractions like the Big Kahunas Waterpark. Try out the Crab Trapp, Pompano Joes, and the Whale’s Tail. There are tons of dining options right on the beach. Grab a cup of Bad Ass coffee in the morning. There is no shortage of things to do nearby.

**Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in or around the house.
We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a gated community – we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance. Guests must adhere to HOA rules and quiet hours. Infants count in totals, even if a booking site doesn’t count infants – this is for local laws and fire code laws!
